anyone got tips for “button” layouts? just started playing a few days ago and find it mindly challenging to aim, move, and jump and the same time

For jumping, there's a thingy in the controls settings that says "up to jump". Personally, I'd set that to "swipe up to jump" so that I don't need to rely on the jump button most of the time with a bonus that is being able to move around more while aiming

As for the layout, try experimenting

You can get rid of buttons that may be useless to you

Like the auto select button, the mana button

or maybe the aim assist button

or maybe all of the buttons except for the left joystick
