once you kill the demon, pick the guide voodo doll that it dropped up

Yes. You need to make sure you have your minions summoned before filling the projectile limit, and she can still dash and deal contact damage.

You have to kill the Lunar Cultist again. The only way to get the Cultists to spawn again is to end the Lunar Events, either by beating or dying to the Moon Lord. They respawn after one in-game day since your last battle with him has passed.

Definitely, although I'd get better Wings and weapons. Sniper is good, but Stormbow and to an extent Megashark are a bit behind the power level that Shroomite armor can be acquired at. Something like Chain Gun is great for taking out Detonating Bubbles and Sharkrons. Most of it comes down to your arena's construction and movement, and since you're playing on Classic with imported Expert items, you don't have to worry about Phase 3.

Yeah, should be fine. Frost armor is another great option for its offensive bonuses and Frostbite, but Adamantite is a perfectly good choice and the Shadowflame Knives are awesome for all 3 Mechs and even early Duke Fishron.

Cursed Inferno cannot be cured, not even by entering water. The only option to cure it is to use the Nurse.

That would be faster and would limit the area it can spread to, although you might want some areas in the Cavern layer remaining for conversion so you can get Ichor and Souls of Night there.

Something like this. Only the evil side needs to be lined with incorruptible blocks if you're not in a Jungle, and you want blocks or ropes extending from the surface to block thorns.

Depends on what class you're playing. Its gear is useful for most classes. If you're a Summoner, do it before Golem once you're sufficiently prepared, and it's worthwhile for Mages and Rangers as well, but Melee players can wait since you most likely won't be using Horseman's Blade until it's time to craft the Zenith, or if you're using a tank setup.

deadly sphere with morning star + durendal is the best you can use before fighting it. As well as tiki armor, Pygmy necklace, summoner emblem, Hercules beetle

Master ninja gear is extremely useful
