Build a house outside of the Living Tree and teleport to it after he's summoned, and mine the Living Trees around it to serve as the basis of your arena.

You can hook up the tree to lure him slightly upwards before he reaches you, then teleport, or place your house closer to the inside of the Living Tree so that he doesn't despawn no matter what, then jump out onto the surface.

you need to kill the boss of the underworld called the wall of flesh killing him starts hard mode when the hallow spawns anywhere in the world after the loading is complete the wall of flesh is not that hard you just need a long platform good gear & use beenades (mightve spelled wrong) if possible
its basically the start of the end a ranged weapon works great againt WoF
alternatively theres the sand gun its really good

if you still haven't figured anything out the boss order is Eye Of Cthulhu King Slime/ King Slime EoC (Short For...) Eater Of Worlds,/Brain Of Cthulhu, Skeletron, Wall Of Flesh you can watch videos on people defeating the bosses for paterns & look for guides to find the correct equipment (if your equipment is better than the guide says its good!)

I think it's something you can definitely overcome if you put enough time into it and adjust the control scheme to your liking. If it still doesn't feel good enough, you can connect a controller or keyboard and mouse and play that way.

If You have this problem and a samsung phone just turn on prioritize mode in game launcher. It looks like one of the apps build in system(maybe upday propably) trying to sync/check something.

Also, it turns out I was describing what sometimes occurs when I play on PC. On Mobile, things run fine, but I do experience frame rate drops. Sometimes, I know it's the automatic thermal throttling feature kicking in since the screen border flashes blue.

I don't know how it is now but on pc I never since 1.4 had fps drops from what I remember.
As for priority mode it not only kills notifications but has the ability to close processes (probably also those from samsung) that have the ability to be closed. Well you see I still have these drops at random moments but they no longer last 2-3 seconds but after a second it goes back to 60 frames.
I don't think it's about the temperature. Rather, dropping the frames for 2-3 seconds would not strongly reduce the temperature of the device, which is passively cooled, and also the phone is warm and not hot during the game because it hangs on the pad, so it has to give off heat easily.

The Shadowflame hex doll is underrated, but I couldn't say the same for the shadow flame knife. it's too overrated due to the fact of it being recommended on the wiki and its good dps. Sure, it DOES inflict shadow flame, but so do other weapons! it's hard to aim, it gets weak after the mechanical bosses, and it isn't really a "Main" weapon. It's always used for big and/or slow enemies such as bosses, which is good but isn't good for crowd control. And don't mention how hard and tedious it is on how to obtain it. There's more weapons that far out-damage it.
