For and arena, I recommend the bottom of asphalt blocks, with sunflowers bellow

You'll run quite fast there

You can make a row of platforms high enough above it to pass above the tornadoes if you need to

About tornadoes, before one is summoned, a spinning wheel goes after you

When they get close enough, a tornado is created there

He does that on fixed intervals, so if you time it correctly, you can lure the attack somewhere outside the arena and make him waste tornadoes

You'll still have to watch out for the sharks

As for ammo, it's nice to have piercing rounds, since the bubbles can stop some of your shots

I don't recommend holy arrows, the stars can't consistently hit him

This strategy works up to master, on both melee and ranged classes

Adding on a flesh knuckles / paladins shield upgrade is helpful to like any build ever

I think it's good to balance defense and attack sometimes. You don't give enemies enough time to damage you, but you also don't get hurt so bad when hit

And unless it's a boss, the extra knockback can keep you safe too
