1. They do not spawn after midnight.

2. Prismatic Lacewings are coded as enemies, which means sunflowers (or more specifically, their Happy! buff), NPCs, Peace Candles, etc. will decrease their spawn rate.

3. Use a Lifeform Analyzer or its upgrades, as they will detect Prismatic Lacewings
