Journey Mode is basically Creative mode for Terraria. You can change the time of day on the fly, change mob spawning habits (namely how many), turn on invincibility, duplicate anything you've found on the character via the Research function, and change the difficulty whenever you want. You can only use Journey characters on Journey worlds. You can't use Journey characters on non-Journey worlds and vice versa for Non-Journey characters on Journey worlds.
