Okay you need chlorophyte bullets the mega shark some chlorophyte ranger armor and you need a huge arena and I mean huge arena and you also need some good wings too
the big arena and the chlorophyte bullets you have more chance of dodging plantera than actually fighting it because you have the chlorophyte bullets

If you're still not able to beat plantera, at both ends of your arena you could possibly set up some teleporters
