Just get meteor armor and head down to WoF and beat pre hard more to immediately rush serpent and duplicate medallions to get tavern keeper mage armor

Then you should be set until plantera and at that point get some accessories

The glitch is simple. About the same time the 1.04 update came around, I suddenly lost the ability to open chests that I found in the world. None of my chests that I've placed were affected however. Right clicking them does not work, and the game registers them as empty since I can break them with a hammer. I'm pretty much in end game territory, since I only have Hell and the underground jungle to complete, but I'm in the dungeon now, and receiving nothing for my efforts doesn't exactly feel rewarding.
