You need to defeat golem in the Jungle Temple, then they should spawn

After beating Plantera, you get a jungle temple key

Then find the temple and go in, but be wary of traps 😉

Use wire cutters to cut the wires

ALso to spawn golem you need to get Lizhard Power Cells from chests and put them in the alter at the end of the Temple. The alter should be yellow and be in a big room
