use a mount, go for max dps, dont miss, dodge as much stuff as you can, use nurse and when you defeat all eyes just fly in a straight line sniping the heart in order for the eyes to dispawn

That happens sometimes, of that character has explored a majority of that world already, then it's just lag, once the world is FULLY loaded in, you'll get a lag spike and the map should load in
