By the way, if you lack patience, you can have the boss appear in Journey Mode so that their HP is reduced, then change it to Master Mode.
Then they’ll have less HP but will still drop Master and Expert Mode loot.
Although, they’ll immediately start using Expert Mode tactics.

I remember though, the 3DS version was my introduction to Terraria. My favorite mechanic in that version that I'm glad Re-Logic added to the Switch version, is the lock-on mechanic. When playing the game legit, it certainly makes bosses less stressful, since you don't have to focus on aiming while moving and dodging

I do not have a spare Desert Tiger Staff, but as a point of caution, you should make it a habit to favorite your items to prevent this from happening. Trust me, it’ll save you a lot of headache if this tends to happen a lot!

That’s a known issue with Craft from Nearby Chests. Turn it off and you should be able to craft and play normally.
