When you have it equipped to an accessory slot, hold a compatible item in your hand (like a weapon), and stand still with your inventory closed.

Yeah, it does. Good thing, too. I wouldn’t want to automatically down my mana potions any time I stand still for too long.
I wouldn’t recommend using the Stress Ball with magic.

You could put it in a different loadout, or do what I was planning to do and put it in a portable storage and equip it when needed.
Now that I think about it, I could just hold my Zenith any time I use the Stress Ball. I already carry it around with me everywhere I go.
