I personally turn off automatic backing of my save data, since there have been times in the past where something goes wrong and my inventory just disappears.

Turning off autosave is also nice, but I believe that the game will still autosave whether you like it or not when you perish.

And it’ll still save when you quit through the pause menu, saving any changes that you may not have realized right away.

Each tree mini boss has there own special abilitys

Forest: smashing the ground

Boreal: smashes and shoots out ice spikes to slow down the players, summons spikes

Palm: shoots out a small sandstorm to push away the player

Mahogany: shoots out thorns to poison players

Ash: ammune to lava + fire. Will set players on fire

You could use the blade of grass for good knock back and minions to redirect the creepers for better crowd control. The knock back of the blade of grass goes well with the brain’s teleporting

Set up a bunch of healing elements too like campfires, heart lanterns, and honey

A bast statue for an extra 5 defense would be cool too if you can find one

The best I can say is work towards the highest teir armor you can get for that class at your point. Build an arena for the bosses so you can heal and get buffs as you go

it's ok try to get beam sword if you can that has a projectile, it drops from armored skeletons underground

If you're built for melee then it can be but it will make them more difficult. You're better off with anything that's projectile based though. Up close combat on bosses just makes it 10x harder

like I've been kinda into the idea of trap/environment building and integrating the two lately. I think I have a system of rules that could make it pretty neat.

the idea hinges around this: each week, have the spawn point set up with mannequins/chests for each player, giving them items representative of D&D abilities. IE, a druid might get the wolf transformation mount, etc, even though it's a later game item to some extent.
