My favorite part was the fact that I had to create a new character because the Angler armor rewards are fixed at certain quest numbers. Since I already got them the first time, the Angler wouldn’t give me another set.

@ocean pumice I recommend you have a horseshoe balloon and a decent pair of boots. mobility is key so you don’t really need any attack stuff and if you can find one get a flying carpet

Make sure you strafe both side to side and up and down

Ik. I've checked all the settings. Now it actually feels like a completely valid way of playing terraria and I've played PC a lot. Unfortunately there's no way to play modded and you need the online subscription to play multiplayer with no cross play. Even with all these downsides I still think this is a great way of playing vanilla terraria

I'll answer you from my experience: YES!
So far I have NEVER experienced ANY lag in my 110+ hours of playtime on the switch. Also on top of that it's INCREDIBLY battery efficient (you can play it for multiple hours before the battery runs out in handheld. Like 4 hours more than other games).
