Use a shroomite hoverboard and just go to the right really fast use the eol expert mode drop and stuff.

It does make the fight a lot easier. Unfortunately, in Expert Mode she can regrow the ones that were attached to her body.

and the person needs to be willing to show or give you items

Not every one. World gen is slightly altered on switch, so unless your switch is modded with custom firmware you aren't getting any use out of those seeds

To my knowledge there aren't any seed maps for Terraria unless you're using TEdit- and since you can't just extract your world file on switch, you're kinda stuck.
