It’s a Hardmode accessory that combines the functionality of the Mana Flower and Star Cloak. When you take a hit, three stars will fall from the sky. They do 75 typeless damage with 25 armor penetration.

BUT one of these stars will drop as a power-up you can grab to immediately recover 50 mana.

AND it also reduces mana usage by 8% and will consume mana potions for you if you try to cast a spell without having enough mana to pay the cost.
