What I'd do is kill the cultists, spawn golem and plantera and bee queen. then fly through the two artificial biomes, spawning the bosses there. Spawn EoL while on the surface. Have a premade hellivator and fall down while spawning the others in that don't need to be in a biome. Then when you get to hell throw the voodoo doll and it should be done
