What can I get from it because I got the health regen upgrade already is there anything else I could get

You can get permanent +4 defense from a life fruit
Permanent mana regen boost (though that's just for mage so won't be that needed) from a life crystal
Better fishing power from a gold worm
Better luck from a pink pearl (from oysters, very rare)
More build speed and range from any fruit
That's all that I used it for

Oh and for cycling emblems if you never got one you needed from wof

You can also decraft and re craft crafted weapons for free reforges

but it takes a while
