The Destroyer is named by the community to be the easiest one to cheese. There are plenty of online videos explaining how to cheese them if you have great trouble with The Destroyer. If you don't have access to Youtube however, I can DM you if you want indepth information
The Twins and Skeletron Prime are a bit more complex however. Apparently, The Twins can be taken down with a megashark and a gravitation potion, repeatedly going up and down and firing the megashark at them.
