you need iron for all of em and
soul of light, from the underground hollow biome and dark souls from the underground evil biome
and soul of flight from the flying monsters that spawn when your near the space biome
but you can also get em from monsters in hard more rarly
they'll keep dropin em intill you kill that boss and they'll keep dropin those spawns intill you kill all 3 mech bosses
and it may take a bit to get em, but if ya do the goblin army or anything like that in hard mode, you should get atleast one per event

k so to get the bosses by crafting, you need the soul of light
and to get that, kill underground monsters in the hallow biome
for soul of night (dark) you need to kill underground monsters that are in the evil biome
next, iron or lead for all 3 bosses
and lens for the twins, bones for skelatron prime and last, rotton chunks or vertebra
(3 lens) (30 bones) (6 rotton chunks or vertebra)
for all of em you will need 6 light souls and 6 night souls
and for a chance of a monster to drop a summon for one of the three, you need to kill ONLY hard mode monsters, otherwise it will not be droped
or randomly wait for one of the three to spawn if you havnt killed one of em yet
and to craft em, you'll need a hard mode anvil, which you should have if your seeking to kill these 3 mechs

I’m trying to get a full bestiary on my 1.3 world. I got to 94% and now I think that a spore skeleton is impossible to get, because the 1.3 mushroom biomes generated different to 1.4 mushroom biomes
I’ve even made all of my jungle into mushroom
at least whats left of it
pre-1.4 evil was ruthless and made sure that purifying the land made grass instead of jungle

You need some Jungle biome for them to spawn. Go to your Jungle area snd hang out on the surface for a while. I did last night looking to collect Turtle Shells, and got about 10 of them.

evil pre-1.4 made jungle grass (on mud) into evil grass (on dirt), so when purified it became forest not jungle

- tiny jungle remaining so my area for mushroom isn’t great.
- world has been hard mode since 2020
- pre-1.4 mushroom mini biome generation is different to 1.3 mushroom mini-biome.
I don’t think it’s possible for spore skeletons to EVER spawn in this world
