I think they were indirectly nerfed. The Vampire Knives’ stats are the same as they were at launch, but a “lifesteal” effect was added some update ago (that’s only used by Spectre armor with hood and these knives). The lifesteal effect can only heal a maximum of 40 HP per second. (If you heal more than that with a particularly strong attack, there’s a brief cooldown before you can heal again)
