Golden critters are the best though. You can cook up a Golden Delight with any golden critter; it’ll give you the best food buff ||Exquisitely Stuffed|| for 48 minutes.

But even if you can’t or don’t want to, it’s very easy to make food, so don’t skimp out on the small to large (depending on the food you cook) bonuses to all stats.
