Actually, this isn’t true for this particular drop. The Meowmere is one of the nine weapons the Moon Lord will randomly choose to drop (Moon Lord will always drop one of these nine weapons no matter what), so the odds will always be 11% regardless of luck and world difficulty. 🤓
