Besides Blast Shower quite literally removes the once per stage downside of Unstable Transmitter (also removes Safer Spaces and Bands cooldown).

Unstable Transmitter was nerfed from a cooldown effect to a once-per-stage effect. Since people were stacking Unstable Transmitters to become functionally immortal. Basically, just think of the current version as a Power Elixir that recharges every stage, like Regenerative Scrap.
Bolstering Lantern was nerfed since it was just objectively stronger than Soldier Syringes, the % was reduced but the effect largely remains the same.
Growth Nectar's scaling was exponential so they nerfed it to be more linear, which I think was a fair change since Growth Nectar is still a strong item.
Elusive Antlers were nerfed to no longer provide a passive movement speed buff, and you now need to pick up the wisps to get movement speed, which was a fair change since the item was just objectively stronger than Paul's Goat Hoaf.
Long-Standing Solitude received changes to the Money => XP scaling, as well as some other fixes. Nothing insanely noteworthy, still a strong item either way.
Finally, War Bonds had their proc co-efficient removed because it was insanely strong with ATGs and Polylute, it is still a strong item but wont be mindnumbling overpowered.
