like the ship itself i just kinda was placing blocks in shapes and winging it until i got something roughly how i was envisioning, but looking at it with fresh eyes im not sure how to visualize the ship's angle from here. I know its supposed to be the bow, but is it the front coming towards the camera or the deck up with the bow pointing away from the camera...?

I don't think the ambiguity on which side of the boat you're looking matters that much or is something that could cause some bother to other people, but I would have alligned the Pylon more to the left, to the big visual mass on the lower left. Since the symetry is impossible in this, I would just make a commitment to having it to the biggest visual mass.

Only thing I'd play around with is another green wall to mix with the existing green in the main column. Wouldn't mess with the green elsewhere as that's perfect, but honestly looks pretty good so might not get better.

Forbidden Blocks are also great, amazing furniture set and possibly the most sought after platforms in the open market at this point
