i dont understand how this works and i want it to work like this cuz of my perfectionism lol, what i want is: actuaters to be off (physical blocks) for 5 seconds, then for 1/4 of a second i want it to be actuated, then 5 seconds non actuated, 1/4 seconds actuated

my reason btw is to have my gnome farm so the gnomes can freeze on the actuated blocks then every 5 seconds will get broken so it doesnt overflow
