mostly preference, however something to note is that the stardust and vortex pillars can be cheesed - stardust is easier to do so. solar pillars main gimmick is the crawltipedes so just dont fly and its easy. and nebula is kinda just the worst of the 4 for whatever reason

basically allows all yoyos and counterweights to be used simultanousely and when when the yoyos hit an enemy they create a copy of themselves and a counterwieght

I've been able to run away from any fight I couldn't win in this master mode hardcore run so far (besides WOF of course), but tonight is going to be it. 10 PM CST if anyone wants to see what happens. I may do a small search for some more heart statues, may do a small amount of fishing to see if I can fish up 1 or 2 more bast statues. Also, always be looking for utilitarian items outside your class. Magic Nimbus, Vile Thorn, Crystal Vile thorn, Good summons like Sanguine Staff

If you're new, follow the achivements list at the top more or less and explore the game for yourself. My suggestion for enjoying the game is to play it your way, askf or tips and advice, but not for any kind of "show me how to be meta"

If you don't rush fighting bosses by the time you fight them you will naturally have progressed enough to have a solid chance against them

Yep, after you break that Orb it will tell you to find a Hive, then Kill Queen BEe.

It will not tell you to break more or fight EOW

So the order goes Eye - Orb - Hive - QB -EOW -Skeletron I believe

which doens't make sense to me either simply because of the order of release then again when I watched it, it was on a crimson world. So if it tells you to beat EOW on corruption, then the order is different for Crimson and Corruption.

It certainly stands to reason that someone who broke an orb would break more, unless they took the messages it sends seriously and worried about them

Indeed, in my first claslsic mode hardcore run I also thought they spread the evil blocks like back in the day. This time I didn't break them because pirates

I fished straight to bundle of horseshoe balloons.. Straight to titanium armor at the start of hardmode... I've done maybe 200 fishing quests.... opened.... 600 crates.... Apologies.

i never broke an altar in hardcore until they made spider armor require a mythril anvil and then I lost a hardcore run to pirates and never broke one again

My other reason is I didn't want to face pirates on Master mode Hardcore, because I've never played Master mode before period.
