honestly, I disagree with that. They're good fights, probably the best ones in the game, but they also follow a boss design blueprint that's a dime a dozen in gaming as a whole, and mods like infernum already explore that kind of boss design to much greater effect than the base game could really get away with, whereas vanilla terraria bosses are very unique and that's part of what gives the base game its identity

idk! because relogic has proven they do want to make bosses like empress and duke, and they clearly think that they're fun, seeing how they haven't changed and show no signs of changing. why not standardise? the chaos of the current bosses feels kind of clunky and sometimes even frustrating when multiple seperate moving parts interact in odd ways
