One that’s directly behind the shrine where you enter on 32nd st. And the other is a little further down and has two entrances which is the USC Shrine Structure.

The USC shrine structure should be open at all times.

You can pay on your phone $20. The other parking thats behind the shrine is $25, pay with card at the gate

so any earlier than 6 and you run into possible parking violation (but also havent seen the little police car roaming around ticketing around that time)
