They were using a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera (unsure if it was a 4K or 6K) for the wide shot and RED cinema cameras (unsure which model) for the other stationary shots, those have some of the best dynamic range on the market. I think they were also shooting LOG and applying a LUT for the live stream which would also significantly increase dynamic range compared to shooting in the standard REC.709 color space
