I make both icons and YT thumbnails and been begging for requests. Only ever got one request, though.

I draw thumbnails, my thumbnails will probably have a weird stronger art style... If you have a level that needs thumbnails feel free to ping me, also you can still ask me for a thumbnail even if your level has been uploaded to workshop but want to have a different thumbnail.
