Spell Concentration
In D&D, concentrating on certain spells is very useful, and since my world is based on their rules a little, I wanted to add the game rules as well.
If you get hit by an attack while you're concentrating in D&D, you gotta roll some dice in order to maintain concentration...but that doesn't work for me, so I decided to change it to...
QUICK TIME EVENTS!!!!
In order to maintain concentration on a spell in Not Quite Heroes, you will have to succeed in a Dead By Daylight style QTE. Some spells are easier, some spells are harder, but they all need a success to have the effect continue.
(Not all spells need concentration, but all spells that do have a QTE)

Ooo thats a cool concept
imagine if you combined the two and the higher number you rolled meant a harder quick time event but you deal more damage/do more of whatever the spell was supposed to do

That could be cool for some spells, but maybe more for the damage it deals instead of the concentration
