sorry 24 Hs XD
the breakdown keyframe is a intermediate position between two normal keyframes
for example, let's say that you want to move an object from the left of the screen to the right, but touching the top
but you want the ENTIRE move to be OutSine
you put one keyframe on the left and other on the right, and set it to be OutSine
and then you put a breakdown keyframe on the top, in between the other two
it would help a lot if you explained the other keyframes as well and how theyd be useful
for this you can use parents so i dont think its that necessary
sorry I speak Spanish and I don't know how to communicate my idea 🙄
parents are complicated, breakdowns are time-saver
that's it
and for the other ones... I don't know exactly how they work but if you search you probably find something
I thinked that if it works with blender it will work with pa
IDK
Lemme break down...
Normal Keyframe: You already got it.
Position Keyframes are normal key frames. This is actual animation software, not easy street.
Position keyframes are used for moving objects around to where you want them to go. They use X and Y but they don't naturally track the camera's position but the actual center of the level. In the update that can change though.
Breakdown: Seems like a time saver but... If you ask me...
It seems like a second layer of a movement keyframe. I'd not mind it but that'd be extra clutter for most users.
The current method to replicate this seems a lot more complicated at first but when you learn the basics of parents, it's pretty similar to bones if you know what an animation software actually are so it becomes a lot easier than you expect it to be.
Moving hold:
If I'm correct, this is as if a character is holding a pose and you want them to move around IN that pose?
If so... That can already be done with a parent.
Extreme
...There's no just thing as extreme as a keyframe
Jitter
This is like shake but for the object no?
Treat this as a unoptimized animation software, alright? To animate is no easy feat so don't feel bad if you are new to it
I do like the idea of the breakdown keyframe but it is essentially a second Position Keyframe with how you said it'd be used for
