so it's a shape key animation in blender?
dota2 uses bone animation by default, shape key needs other configuration
i used bones animation
you can actually see that when model expands in modeldoc it actually moves as inteded
but i don't know why it expands
check what they've been identified as in modeldoc

I think this is caused by different unit between blender & modeldoc,
or it misses the bone that sustains them

in blender they all separate too
i don't think this model needs an skeleton inside
as it more of a IO like character
