SetSellable just doesn't work on items in pregame stage. Any way to prevent players sell some items on pregame? Just like an items after player random hero in default dota. Without SetPurchaser+Timer.

just use order filter and cancel DOTA_UNIT_ORDER_SELL_ITEM order for any item you want
