Sorry guys. The way @pearl parcel responded to my question seem to indicate to me that my question was badly worded and not helpful to him. So i just assumed that deleting it was best. As the question was poorly written and not helpful.

Yes. I mentioned that when asking a question, you should provide as much useful information as possible.
(instead of statements like I tried everything, but it didn't work)

Then you could have answered with the things you tried, but you instead deleted the original question...
