Place this ^ icon in 2 places: SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\content\dota_addons\your ADDON NAME\panorama\images\items and in SteamApps\common\dota 2 beta\game\dota_addons\your ADDON NAME\resource\flash3\images\items

Your recipe item should have this line "AbilityTextureName" "name_of_that_icon_image"

I think he just wants the basic recipe image, but that seems to be broken:
The recipe image is displayed properly in the inventory, but not in the shop and hover UI.
