Same here. Reinstalling didn't fix it.

Same here. Repairing the Visual Studios Redistributable (2022 version) didn't help me. Neither did restarting my pc

But I was able to run dota2tools manually as administrator
steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\game\bin\win64\dota2cfg.exe

maybe @covert narwhal should pin this for the time being, until volvo fix this
