its really good, no denying that.
i will say though that if the clear stays the same length i wont be running it. it's (imo obviously) extremely long, tedious, and boring, and it takes a lot away from what's a really good fight. some fixes could include lessening how many of those "respawn beacons" there are, as in the beacons that spawn mobs. as well as that, maybe reduce the mob amount slightly. i really like the pacing of rampant's clear, so maybe take some inspiration from that.
also the minions spawning in the boss are the only thing i dont like about the boss, i personally think it adds an element of rng in some phases where you're already microing small ballista shots in an already small area (big ballista shots), warden shots, and then the minions just make it a little annoying. i have this same gripe for prison and rampant.
damage is perfect, all of the patterns are perfect, ballista shots are really fun to dodge, and it has really good intensity to it. 👍
overall really good stuff, and im excited to see this quality in other dungeons coming forward (and the ones we have already).
