Swap +10 Spd for mayb anything else (Prefer Vit or Wis) as banners are a one time use and AoE spd is not really a viable option for it as you are getting a higher spd (for dodging) to run out of the AoE and no longer get that benefit, especially with removing the nice glitch with getting perma stats we will see decrease in use, Giving +10 vit or wis will see the higher use and people will feel rewarded going out of their way to grab one (Obviously does not stack)
