Error while trying to set a File System in the livecd

Hello, as the title says im trying to set a FS (ext4) in one of my partitions, however i get this error:
Buffer I/O on dev nvme0n1p6 logical block 0, async page read.

After the error shows, the disk disconnects.

Tries to solve this:

• Used another file system (xfs)
• Used another livecd (Kubuntu, Arch)
• Checked disk health with crystalinfo and smartctl (No issues)
  I know the SSD is working because im using windows.
  Idk if it is a BIOS setting, i disabled secure boot and TPM.

live cd in a bootable USB

i created it with ventoy and then with balena etcher

also it didn't work with the others distro live cd

Are you using the same USB for all distro tests

sadly, i don't

but the usb worked in my last pc

try formatting it with gparted to fat32 and then re setup the desired iso
