I'm currently trying to get grub to install on a multuple device root fs and it shows the following error:
Installing for x86_64-efi platform.
grub-install: error: failed to get canonical path of `/dev/nvme0n1p2:/dev/sda1`
do anyone mind helping me on this issue

your esp must be a plain filesystem

it might be tricky but it is worth a try especially considering my ssd is tiny
