Sorry I was heading off to bed as well.
I actually got started yesterday, after looking around at the other pull requests, it seemed like the preferred method for keyword updates is to submit a bug report on bugs.gentoo.org
I went ahead and did that, someone named Eli pointed me towards the Package Testing documentation
Which, to be honest, I'm still wrapping my head around lol
Seems like the final thing being asked: "Looks like a couple more packages are needed to get fastfetch running on sparc. Can you confirm whether that functionality is included in the USE flags you tested?"
I didn't set any USE flags for this emerge and it didn't prompt me to update any so I'm going to say the answer is "no"?
