Other Information: He likely moved to Indonesia before 1888 when his first known son is born. At some point he ran advertisements for an import company based in Yogyakarta. He is also mentioned in the Tiong Hoa Hwee Koan of Yogyakarta as a comissar in 1914. He died in 1919 and was buried in Makam Gunung Sempu, Yogyakarta.
