CRAFTERBOT hopper input bug

the rate speed of the bot works with the input from hopper like 100 sec rate is 1 item in 100sec pls fix it make it like normal mc 1 item 1 sec

we cant do this as it causes insane lag, but i can see about it moving a stack of items over every x amount of seconds
