The flat warzone benefits me hugely as I do not PvP, but as a former factions players I know how shit it is. It ought to be a scattered island warzone.

Thats a poor argument, the reason 10-20 people go to wz is a multitude of factors. The most likely one being that normal skydrops are already a waste of time for players. Secondly has it dawned on you that maybe the reason no one goes to warzone is because they don't like the warzone they did not vote for? It's skybounds not flatbounds. If you suck at void parkour during pvp then git gud. Its intended to add a difference from the monotony of a flat wz like other servers have.

The loudest minority is not more important than the opinion requested of the majority, you asked the entire community hey what do you guys want. The majority gave you the answer and then you came back with a map that goes entirely against that poll. Then you say the poll didn't matter in the first place. If you were crunched for time and recognized that then there was older maps that the team could have used for a bit of player nostalgia or to take bits and pieces from and smooshed it together. You're right no matter what the team does in regards to the warzone there will be some who are not happy. That does not mean your team should ignore the poll you made in the first place. It sets a bad precedent and shows to the player base that when asked about their opinion it is not a real question to improve the server but rather is just a way to pretend to engage with their ideas.
