Pretendo

Okay so I was having someone walk me through on how to connect my new 3DS (modded) to the internet. They had me get Nimbus (pretendo) through Universal Updater. I also made sure LUMA is updated to 13.3. I am also connected to my wifi at home. I do not have a PNID connected (I was told I don’t need one) I’ve also never used the EShop before. I do have a.. pretendo account?

The issue I’m having is when I go to my System Settings, then to “Nintendo Network ID Settings” but it gives me this error code when I try to.. I’ll add the image below.

I’m adding additional images that may help. The first one is the error code I’m getting when I try to open the Nintendo network id.

Also additional context, I’m just wanting to do this, connect my miis with other peoples and make friends :,D

Also here is the PNID I made through their website, I don’t think it’s linked to my 3ds.
