hi so ill try to summarize the problem as best as possible. Ive had this 2ds xl for like 7 years, and like 6 years ago it started freezing randomly, and I would have to hard power reset it to get it to turn off. I recently found it again, and modded it. It wasnt having the issue until like 2 weeks ago, and it got to the point where sometimes it just wouldnt boot. it would give me an error sometimes along the line of "CTRNAND wouldn't boot, and I need to boot from an external source." I literally took out the SD card with my mods on it and it still would freeze. One time 5 years ago the screen looked like it MELTED (not like literally, but like all the icons were warped and stuff.) idk what the hell is going on, I just moved all my data to another sd card to see if thaat helps, and its running minecraft rn to stress test.

Now, the reason i say it has dementia is since I have it modded occasionally when it freezes it will crash and give me an error message. And its always along the line of "data abort" with the 1st core. i even tried enabling that one luma3ds feature that routes apps to the 2nd unused core, but to no avail. Its not just read, its write also. idk man, idk if this new sd card is gonnna work

Dump number 3 says the fault status is "Precise External Abort"

I've never seen that in my life

The processes are mostly menu and gsp in the errors

And to my knowledge, gsp handles gpu related things

The fact that the system randomly freezes up kinda is the finishing blow, I think this is a hardware related issue
