Im on luigis mansion 2 (or dark moon), and how can it not run itself? On scarescraper mode it runs fine because of the few rooms but on the main missions such as the gloomy manor its super laggy, like 15 20 fps

cause dark moon has always been like that and usually the way i boost my frames since i got a N3DS is turning up my clock rate and turning on L2 cache, other then that, the games so powerful it is impossible on older systems to push it past 20 fps\

Luigis mansion 2 was not updated to use the improved "new" hardware even if its available by stock
The game is known to be laggy and have inconsistent framerates.
If your 3ds is modded, you have the option to manually enable "new" 3ds hardware (3x more ram & improved cpu clock speeds) which does help with the lag, at least it feels better imo.
