Bought this 3ds over 6months ago and I've tried replacing the digitizer, the joystick and c stick module, but it still hasn't made a difference. I'm about to lose my mind 😭 The only thing that partially seems to work is holding down the c stick? But, even then it goes back to doing it after a second.

Try spraying compressed air into the pad

Or u could try to disconenct the digitizer and see if it still happens, then disconnect the dpad and circle pad respectively

I think it might have something to do with the joystick... But idk what to do about it. I tested on another 3ds I have by holding the joystick to the top left and it gives me the same results as from the issue 3ds

It follows the same pattern if I hold the d pad as well

But I think it's still probably the joystick cus the console doesn't respond to it at all

is it modded at all? its not the same issue but my touchscreen was just completely fucked about a month ago, changing digitiser did nothing, was gonna remove cfw as a last resort cause i had no clue what was up, but i had to restore a nand backup from when i first modded it and that ended up fixing it. if you're at the point that your gonna get rid of the console may aswell just try resorting backups/potentially removing cfw
